WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH EVERY TICKET?
The general admission and fast pass admission give you entry to the Twisted Trails Haunted Attraction.
HOW LONG IS THE WAIT?
The wait may vary from night to night. We recommend that you purchase your tickets online! This allows you to walk right into the line for the attraction instead of having to wait to purchase your tickets on-site and then have to wait to go through the attraction.
Please note: Twisted Trails is open on Friday and Saturday evenings. Long wait times are common. For shorter wait times, we recommend purchasing the FAST PASS
CAN WE TAKE FLASH PHOTOS AT YOUR ATTRACTION?
NO! Twisted Trails is a very dark attraction and everyone especially the actor’s eyes adjust to being outside at night. When you flash your camera you are temporarily blinding the eyes of the actors.
WILL THE ACTORS TOUCH US?
Our actors are highly trained and professional. You will not be grabbed or touched by any actors but they will get very close at times. Occasionally you may brush up against their costumes or props. You may also come into contact with some of the sets.
CAN WE TOUCH THE ACTORS?
No. Please do not touch or grab any of the actors inside the attraction.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GO THROUGH?
Twisted Trails is part wagon ride, part walking trail. Approximately 30 - 40 minutes. Depending on how fast you run!! Muuaaahhaaaa!
WILL TWISTED TRAILS CHANGE FROM YEAR TO YEAR?
YES! Twisted Trails will add more upgrades and changes each operating season! Spooky detail, animatronics, hollywood - esque sets, and hi tech production will be added year to ensure that Twisted Trails provides an entertainment experience like no other in the tri-state.
WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS?
Twisted Trails is an outdoor attraction. There may be times when we will need to close due to inclement weather. If we do need to close the attraction, a closing announcement will be posted on the Twisted Trails website, facebook page and our phone system. In addition, if you purchased an online ticket, you will receive an e-mail that will instruct you how to change your online reservation yourself, to a future date for the current season. Please choose your new date and time as soon as possible to obtain your new reservation for the current season.
DOES YOUR ATTRACTION HAVE SECURITY?
Twisted Trails has a fully trained security team that keeps watch over guests and our staff. Officers from the Wilmington Police Department as well as EMT/emergency will also be on site. In addition, security cameras are placed throughout the attraction.
CAN WE BE ESCORTED OUT OF TWISTED TRAILS?
Yes! We do not tolerate foul language, pushing, vulgar/violent behavior, weapons of any kind, alcohol, drugs, etc. This is done for your safety and the safety of our staff. If warned and the problem proceeds the guest will be asked to leave without a refund.
DO YOU SELL FOOD, BEVERAGES AND SOUVENIRS AT YOUR ATTRACTION?
Yes! Twisted Trails has a merchandise booth and concession stand for your purchasing pleasure.
DO YOU HAVE BATHROOMS?
Yes! Porta Potties will be located in the front of the attraction next to parking.
WHAT IS THE AGE REQUIREMENT TO GET IN?
Twisted Trails is a haunted attraction and is designed to frighten our guests. PARENTAL DISCRETION IS ADVISED. While we have no age requirements, we recommend that children under 12 be accompanied by adult. Carrying a child though WILL NOT BE PERMITTED.

WHERE DO I PARK?
Twisted Trails offers free parking on site. Parking is located just inside the main entrance road. Staff will be onsite to assist you with parking.
DOES TWISTED TRAILS ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS?
Yes! Our box office, merchandise booth and concession stand will accept all major credit cards.
CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS IN ADVANCE?
Yes! You may purchase Twisted Trails tickets online through our ONLINE TICKETING
IF I PURCHASE AN ONLINE TICKET DO I HAVE TO USE IT THE DAY I BUY IT?
No! Twisted Trails tickets are good for admission to any date during the operating season. with the exception of our Bird Box Experience on Thursday, October 24, 2019. This event has separate pricing.
IF I PURCHASE A GENERAL ADMISSION TICKET ONLINE AND WOULD LIKE TO UPGRADE TO A FAST PASS, AM I ABLE TO DO SO?
Yes! Bring your ticket to the box office and you will pay the difference of in the price of the upgraded ticket.
IS TWISTED TRAILS WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?
Yes! The wagon portion of the attraction is wheelchair accessible. Anyone wanting to tour Twisted Trails in a wheelchair needs contact the box office at 513-317-0983.
In order to maintain Twisted Trails high safety standards, we do not allow taking crutches and other similar devices into the attraction.
CAN I WEAR A COSTUME AND/OR A MASK WHILE GOING THROUGH THE ATTRACTION?
No! For the safety of our guests, Twisted Trails does not allow costumes, or masks of any kind. If you arrive in a costume or mask, you will be asked to remove it before entering the attraction.
DO YOU SERVE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES?
NO! Alcoholic beverages are not allowed on the property, please do not bring any.
IS SMOKING ALLOWED?
Smoking is not allowed on Twisted Trails property.
HOW OLD DO YOU HAVE TO BE TO WORK AT TWISTED TRAILS?
You must be 18 years or older to work at Twisted Trails.
WHAT IF I AM IN THE MILITARY? CAN I GET A DISCOUNT?
Each season Twisted Trails donates tickets to the Veterans Ticket Foundation, so that members of all branches of our military, veterans and families of those killed in action can enjoy our attraction at no cost. You must register at Vettix.org to qualify, but once you do, you will be eligible for tickets to Twisted Trails and also to all kinds of sporting events, concerts, performing arts, educational and family activities across the nation.
IF I GET TOO SCARED AND CANNOT MAKE IT THROUGH THE ATTRACTION DO I GET A REFUND?
No! You paid us to scare you. If you get scared in the line or in the first few scenes and want to leave, we've done what you paid us to do very quickly. Be happy with prompt service!
